SINI
I’m Sini and...
Hybrid
I'm a female designer and my work is cleverly considered, boldly made and deliberately a little unusual — with a Swiss twist. I value work–life balance: action in my work, simplicity in my life.
My hybrid background combines design, care and systems thinking. It allows me to connect perspectives that are often separated in organisations: analytical structure and human experience, innovation and responsibility, strategy and everyday practice.
I work with complexity by making knowledge accessible, structuring processes and supporting teams in moments of uncertainty. My approach is grounded in real‑world practice and guided by respect, presence and ethical awareness.
I support organisations navigating complexity, digital transformation and human‑centred innovation. I offer orientation in uncertain situations and help teams move forward with clarity, confidence and respect.
Respect and presence shape my work — strengthened by my self‑defence practice, which builds concentration and resilience.
In nursing, I focus on complex case work and the interplay of expertise, planning, process thinking and phenomenological perspectives. I also contribute to the design and development of new nursing aids.

About self-respect.

Walk the talk — grounded in real‑world practice.
Learning thrives when there is room to explore, to rethink and to continue with courage. In these spaces, my hybrid identity — and my competences — took shape.
How I work
develop with evidence, design with human centred approach
Needs | demand
I start with people's reality, not theory. I recognise what is really needed.
Ethical | reflective
I think responsibly about digital tools and AI. Ethics is a strategic core of my work.
Strategic | networked
I recognise patterns and connections and develop solutions that provide guidance.
Empathetic | on equal terms
I accompany people respectfully, clearly and without overwhelming them.
Structured | visual
I reduce complexity and make knowledge accessible – didactically, visually and linguistically.
AI-supported | human-led
I use AI to structure knowledge more quickly – without losing the human perspective.

Fail humble & Learn kind
Reduces complexity into structures people can understand and apply. Clarity creates momentum and mutual understanding.
Treat design as a learning space: observe, question, reveal patterns. Focus on what matters. Learning builds collective intelligence.
Shifts from co‑guiding to co‑creating. Clear roles and tasks give responsibility and relevance. Co‑production creates ownership.
Uses design as mediation between people, organisations and technology. Communication is the connective tissue.
Designs not only solutions but possible futures. Futures inspire direction.
Balances structure and freedom to create productive tension. Creativity unlocks new pathways.
Understands design as relationship, not object. Systems thinking creates resilience.
Effortable Design
Design becomes democratic when it’s attainable — not a privilege.
Pragmatic Design
Proactive work culture shapes tomorrow’s brand identity.
