I’m a Swiss health designer with a hybrid background in design, care and systems thinking. I bridge analytical structure and human experience, supporting organisations through complexity, transformation and innovation. My work is grounded in clarity, respect and ethical awareness.
In practice, I guide teams through uncertainty, strengthen communication and culture, and contribute to the development of future‑oriented tools in complex nursing contexts. My inner strength is a mix of audacity, authenticity and a touch of playful risk‑taking — grounded in resilience and a balanced sense of courage. I step beyond my comfort zone when it matters, without losing my footing.
My weaknesses are simpler: good food and trying every new soda I come across.
